Panel Moderator, Board Member Molly Reilly, guided the discussion with panelists Keisha Santiago (Deputy Secretary of State for Planning, Development, and Community Infrastructure, DOS), Rebecca Hughes (Executive Deputy Director, NYS Canals, NYPA), and Terri Egan (Retired NYS Agency Executive, NYS DOH and NYS DMV) sharing stories and experiences from throughout their careers.
